This Privacy Policy explains how SureShield ("SureShield," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you use our website, purchase our course, subscribe to our training, receive our emails, or otherwise interact with our services (together, the "Services").
"Personal information" means any information that identifies, relates to, or can reasonably be linked to you. You stay in control of your information, and you can exercise the rights described below at any time.

- Account details: your name, email address, and (if you provide it) phone number, along with the login credentials you create.
- Billing and payment information: your name, billing contact details, and payment method. Payments are handled by a secure third-party processor; we do not store your full card number on our own systems.

- Data-removal details (optional service): if you use our free personal-data cleanup, we collect the information needed to search for and request removal of records that data brokers hold about you.
Information we collect automatically: usage data (pages viewed, videos watched), device and technical data (IP address, browser and device type), basic diagnostics, and an approximate region estimated from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location. We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, remember preferences, understand usage, and support marketing; you can control cookies through your browser.
Information from third parties: referrals (a name or email from someone who refers you), sign-in providers you choose to use, and security sources such as anti-fraud partners that help keep our educational content accurate.
