Review status
MERCHANT / LEGAL REVIEW REQUIRED. The return window, condition requirements, refund timing, and shipping-fee treatment below are draft copy only and must be confirmed before publishing.
Draft return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
Draft process
Email us with your order number and tell us whether you would prefer a refund or exchange. We will reply with the next steps. Final instructions and address will be added after review.
Draft refunds
Once the returned item is received and checked, refunds are sent to the original payment method. Shipping fees may be non-refundable; final treatment requires merchant confirmation.
